Balter Typeface & The Butter Beats Roasting Co
This project is to design a font, including uppercase, lowercase, and numbers. The concept is based on the music genre to create a series of typographic branding applications and a type specimen booklet. Balter is designed based on the Jazz music genre and Times New Roman. In order to express "the emotion of the moment" while hearing jazz, Balter is drawn by its rigid rhythm and sharp angular form and also combines the look of brass instruments which have white lines on the side. Balter is suitable in medium to large font sizes.
